PT. Batam Samudra is subsidiaries of BIAS Group which was primarily

incorporated in September 1992 in Batam Island.

Our first performance as Freight Forwarder, in order to enchance and

provide better services to our customer the us we has to build sister

company as BATAM SAMUDRA Shipping company to make Batam Samudra

as a Total Logistics Services Company.

To provide one package services, in year 2000 Batam Samudra has bought

open yard at Batu Ampar port and a Vessel named LCT Batam Samudra

Jaya and open branch office such as at Natuna, Jakarta, Balikpapan and

Bitung.

Batam Samudra has good relations with other

agents in various other countries they support

our International network of freight forwarding

agencies for handling Inbound and Outbound

services.

We provide safe and reliable sea

transportation such as Tug and Barges, LCT’s.

The clients can choose for a spot charter or

time charter, we are supported by own fleet of

vessels and have successfully completed

projects with other ship’s owners in Indonesia,

Singapore and Malaysia.

To complement our services

Batam Samudra has fully

covered storage yard in the

Batu Ampar.

Services

Batam Samudra can handle Indonesian or

foreign flag vessels for clearance inward/

outward from the designated port. Pilot

bunkering and ship chandlers can also be

provided. If a tug is required when the vessel is

docking at the jetty we can arrange at a

moment’s notice. Mob/demob or changing

over of foreign crews, is done very efficiently with

our highly trained agency staff.
