There are about 12,000 knitting machines in Pakistan. The capacity utilization is approx. 70%. Some of the bulk export items, which have gained popularity, are 100% cotton T- shirts, vests, slips, children's pajama suits, sports shirts, undergarments, bathing suits, knitted garments and knitted fabrics.

Facilities

Weaving

Weaving Department machines capable of making jacquard fabric, yarn dyed, Doby weaves and plain weaves. All machines are wider width and can produce 126” width fabric. 100% production is inspected and only ‘A’ grade fabric is transferred to the subsequent operations.

KNITTING

Uniform House & Home Textile have good and reliable sources for knitting and can manage all kind of knitted fabric like Jersey, Pique, Fleece, Interlock and Rib in addition to the mini jacquard designs of single knit jersey. The gauge ranges from 9 to 28 for single knit, 18 to 24 for Interlock and 15 for Rib machines. Most of the machines are equipped with Lycra attachment. 100% production is inspected by our strong QC team and only ‘A’ grade fabric is transferred to the subsequent operations.

DYEING, PROCESSING

Uniform House & Home Textile also have very capable dying and processing sources. But quality system & QC team also assure the dying and processing quality is as per client’s requirement. A separate testing Laboratory with latest equipment is in place to ensure that the processed fabric quality is maintained to meet the required parameters of our buyers.

Jacquard Elastic

Uniform House & Home Textile have also facility of jacquard elastic and all types of woven tapes. The products include: The Jacquard woven elastic, plain woven elastic, webbing tapes and Twill tapes, the

cotton tape and decorate tape etc. We have our own factory with the use of European advanced weaving machinery and professional technicians. With perfect production management and strict quality control, we assure the best quality and prompt delivery.

Crochet elastic

Uniform House & Home Textile have also facility of crochet elastic and all types of knitted elastic like Drawcord Elastic band, Elastic Lace and Plain elastic. We have our own factory with the use of European advanced weaving machinery and professional technicians. With perfect production management and strict quality control, we assure the best quality and prompt delivery.

Stitching

With over 520 stitching machines, manned with the most skilled and expert operators, Uniform House & Home Textile is capable of producing about 10 million pieces per year versatile garments ranging from basic to high fashion, men’s, women’s and kids with maximum flexibility in size and color assortments. The Quality control and Quality Assurance departments are in place to make sure the company’s objective of zero defects.
