Green & Bold was founded by Edy Wijaya, the current director in 2007. This company has experience in many projects types including commercial, private residential, multi-storey residential, and industrial.

Pre – Design Assisting in formulating of a brief. bulk and location studies; evaluation of properties; feasibility studies; resource consent applications; encroachment licence applications; arranging land surveys and geotechnical reports.

Green & Bold is a signatory to the Ministry of the Environment Urban Design Protocol. Our aim is to create eco-friendly/green buildings that will not destroy the environment and keep the environment green, as well as buildings that will stand out from the others in terms of design, functions, etc.

2.0 URBAN DESIGN

Our aim is to create eco-friendly/green buildings that will not destroy the environment and keep the environment green, as well as buildings that will stand out from the others in terms of design, functions, etc. We provide the services such as designing, planning and construction of the project, including:

Development/Context planningPlanning, urban design, architecture, interior, landscape and knowledge to create a full/complete development plans.

Design DevelopmentContribution and teamwork in various design stages with architects, engineers, interior designers and other profession. Make use of discussion to discuss about social, economic and environmental issues/factors. Develop more ideas and solutions to create future opportunities.

Landscape and Visual AssesmentAssessment on the effects of development to the surrounding, including any landscape and visual effects.
