INTRODUCTION

SHEN MIN CONSTRUCTION Sdn Bhd was formed in March, 1993. The business is building construction.

SHEN MIN CONSTRUCTION Sdn Bhd is registered as a Kelas A Contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor, a G7 contractor under the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board, various government bodies and pre-qualified with several established developers in Malaysia.

Projects undertaken by SHEN MIN range from low cost housing to high end bungalows; and from substructure works to high rise apartments. The volume of contracts undertaken by SHEN MIN from year 2001 to 2005 exceeds RM700 million. The annual turnover for past five years is about RM150 million.

SHEN MIN has about a hundred employees. There are experienced partners such as managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, accounts, supervisors and skilled tradesmen, all highly motivated to handle construction projects. Working closely with SHEN MIN are many subcontractors whose associations with the company span many years.

SHEN MIN always maintain close cooperation with all parties involved in its projects and takes pride for completing projects ahead of schedule, with high standard of workmanship and a reasonable profit. With the right combination of experience, professionalism and dedication, SHEN MIN strengthens from project to project and is poised to face new challenges for the rapid changing industry.

Mr. Lee studied his degree at Taylor’s Lakeside University and further his career at University of Westminster, U.K. Mr. Lee is the founder of SHEN MIN CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, he has been with this company for 20 years. Mr. Lee worked at a construction company for 5 years before start his own company.

Mr. Lee is well-known of his quality of work. He always provide high quality of work to fulfill client’s expectation. Besides that, He always complete his work on time. Mr. Lee has extensive working experience in tender, finance and implementation of infrastructure projects. He was President of the Master Builders Association of Malaysia (MBAM) and was previously a Board member of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
