Company profile Seginiaga Rubber Industries (SRI) was incorporated on

10th June 1989

SRI began its full scale production in May 1991 producing extruded rubber part for Proton Saga

SRI has grown to become the No.1 extruded rubber weather-strips manufacturer in Malaysia (70% market share)

Seginiaga’s authorized capital is RM25,000,000, the paid up capital to date is RM12,550,002

Seginiaga management team initiated a buy-out of MMC’s Amalan Rantau shares in Seginiaga

Diligent Solutions is the vehicle with Krizik (M) Sdn. Bhd. as the funder

This exercise is financed entirely from KMSB internally generated fund
