Direct Placement

Ross Recruitment operates as an extension of your Human Resources department, qualifying, nominating and placing candidates directly with your company. The retained search is broken down into 3 manageable time bound processes. The first process is the signed agreement between Ross Recruitment and the client to map out the recruitment process. The second process is the delivery of the shortlist to the client and the final process is the successful placement of the candidate into the desired role. contractors / employees are often signed to different terms with varying pay rates, leave cycles, expense agreements etc.

nationality, or even current work titles are displayed.

Clients can only view the non-confidential information of our candidates online.

We have incorporated technologies that block employers from viewing all of their direct employees and subsidiary or parent company

employee’s information.

No speculative CV’s are sent to employers - CV’s are only released following the candidate’s written confirmation of their application for a job.

All clients have signed our confidentiality agreement prior to receiving CV's.
