generation-type VARIO:
Depending on the requirement, the basic VARIO-
gear-housing will be combined either with
covers, feet or flanges. Therefore, the design is
comparable with the previous gear drives, since
all measurements for attachment like pitch-
circle, position of holes, axial measurements etc.
are identical. The rating was optimized and the
efficiency was notably upgraded. Similarly, the
compatibility with installed previous gear-types
made by Groschopp could be maintained.
In addition, the VARIO-system can cater for
specific structural demands in order to realize
special designs, e.g. gears made of stainless
steel. In this way, not only an innovative solution
is found, but also an optimal ratio between price
and output.
