Greetings from both the Common Services Centre, CSC Special Purpose Vehicle, the access points for

delivery of essential public utility services, social welfare schemes, healthcare, financial, education and

agriculture services, apart from host of B2C services to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country,

i.e. which is a pan-India network catering to regional, geographic, linguistic and cultural diversity of the

country, thus enabling the Government’s mandate of a socially, financially and digitally inclusive society;

and the British Council which is the United Kingdom's international organization for cultural relations

and educational opportunities creating international opportunities for the people of the UK and other

countries and build trust between them worldwide.

Through a joint venture among CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, i.e. CSC SPV under the

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), the British Council India, United Kingdom's

international organization for cultural relations along with AA Edutech Private Limited has designed a

Digital Spoken English Course for College Students containing Basic Learning, Level-1(Beginner), Level-2

(Intermediate) and Level-3 (Advanced) accessible through all the Digital Devices, i.e. Android Mobile,

iPhone, Tablet, Laptop and as well as Desktop, with an access for 6 months with multiple attempts till

the completion of the course, and after the successful of completion of the course Participants will be

provided with the Certificates for the same from the British Council India. The sample copies of the

Certificates have been attached herewith the mail as an attachment for your kind verification. The Digital

Spoken English Course is no doubt convenient as the students could have completed the same at their

spare or extra time as per their convenience. One more thing is that this Digital Spoken English Course

will help the students to grow their self-confidence in their academic career and at the same time it will

help them to get certified for IELTS, i.e. International English Language Testing System which has

becoming an essential qualification. The Course synopsis has been depicted below along with the
