Transcript of Common Induction Standards
The most important part of saying hello...
Common Induction Standards are not an optional extra – they are mandatory for every new adult social care worker in a residential, domiciliary or specialist area environment. The award must be completed within 12 weeks of employment, and compliance is checked in Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections.
This MindLeaders course matches all of the requirements set by Skills for Care in the 2010 update of the standards. It’s the effective and efficient way to achieve full compliance on Common Induction Standards.
