This is the beer menu for Clemson Bros. Brewery Craft Beers. Please keep in mind that this is comprehensive at the time of printing. Some beers are on tap all year and some are seasonally brewed. We do our best to keep our craft beers on tap. However, being a popular microbrewery is not without its challenges. Due to our limited production capacity, we occasionally get tapped out of even year round brews. This is a trial and tribulation of a microbrewery. Please be sure to ask your server for what is currently on tap.

manhattan projectDouble IPA

A full-bodied hazy golden double IPA. A slight hop forward bitterness transitions into a juicy body. Flavors of orange, tangerine, pear, and pineapple all ending with a smooth sweet backbone.

ABV: 7.8% IBU: 65

Hops: Mosaic

tower 22Double IPA

This craft beer is a full-bodied with hints of citrus zest, spice, and a sweet caramel finish. This beer has a high hop profile front to back. Our brewery is located at “22” Cottage Street. As you approach our brewery, you’ll notice a large tower extending from the roof of our industrial brick building. This was the inspiration for the name of this 2XIPA.

ABV: 8.2% IBU: 80

Hops: Magnum, Citra, Cascade, & Centennial.

trinity test (x3)New England Style IPA

This New England style IPA is part of our rotating hop series. As the name suggests there are three different variations of this brew. One batch will have heavy citrus flavor and aroma while another one will have dank tropical fruit aroma and flavor and lastly one that has an unmistakable pineapple aroma and flavor. All have a bright golden/yellow color with a thick haze. The malt is accentuated by adding hops only to whirlpool and an earthy almost fresh cut grass finish. Lactose oats and heavy dry hop additions help keep the haze while making this a very juicy IPA.

ABV: 7% IBU: 0

Hops: El Dorado & Azacca | Mosaic & Simcoe | Galaxy and Apollo

brewer’s mistressSession IPA

A double dry hopped session IPA. This beer is light bodied, with a hoppy flavor that lingers throughout. It’s a Session IPA with all the hop flavor of a traditional IPA and added notes of a tropical fruit and spice. It has a dry finish.

ABV: 5.6% IBU: 60

Hops: Columbus, Apollo, Simcoe, & Amarillo.

hoppy endingIPA

A dark, amber beer with a citrus aroma. The name came from a play on words in that although we believe all of our beers to have happy endings, this one in particular ends with a strong and bold hop finish! This was the beer in our “Name a Brew” customer appreciation program.

ABV: 6.2% IBU: 60

Hops: Magnum, Chinook, Cascade, & Citra.

word of mouthPale Ale

A medium bodied, medium hopped pale ale with notes of orange zest, guava, stone fruit, and a slight piney bitterness. This beer finishes with a smooth clean malt backbone.

ABV: 5.8% IBU: 50

Hops: Columbus, El Dorado, & Amarillo.

lola’sBlonde Ale

A rich gold color and sweet aroma reminiscent of light fruit, tangerine, orange, followed by a slightly sweet, malty finish. This was the first recipe we created and tested back in 2012 out of our garage in Pine Island, NY. Lola translates to ‘young lady’ in English.

ABV: 4.3% IBU: 15

Hops: Chinook, & Citra.

foundationPale Ale

A medium bodied year-round pale ale with refreshing citrus notes and a distinctive floral hop aroma. You’ll notice a slight malty sweetness with a balanced hop finish. Straight to the point, this American Pale Ale is made with the working class in mind, so roll up your sleeves and enjoy!

ABV: 5.8% IBU: 55

Hops: Centennial, Citra, & Cascade.

iptea lemonHard Tea

Another one of our takes on a hard tea. Only this time we cut the alcohol a bit to make it crushable. Then added an organic black tea lemon blend. Lighter in body with the qualities of a Session IPA. Clean crisp and refreshing. the bitterness from the hops, the tartness from the lemon and the sweet malt mixed with black tea definitely make this a staple for the summer.

ABV: 5% IBU: 30

Tea Leaves Used: Lemon butter leaves, black tea, dry & fresh lemons.

iptea pomegranateHard Tea

This is our own take on a hard tea. Clemson’s IPTea has the body & bite of a traditional IPA, but with the twist of infusing it with an organic blend of raw tea. Clean, crisp and refreshing, while still holding the IPA bitterness. Green tea, pomegranate, blueberry leaves, rosehip, hybiscus & black currant blend very nicely with the malt flavor. The aroma and taste of pomegranate are the most noticable qualities of this brew, but does not take away from it’s IPA roots. This is a great beer for craft and non-craft drinkers alike to enjoy!

ABV: 7% IBU: 40

Tea Leaves Used: Pomegranate, hibyscus, rose hip, black corrant, green tea, & blueberry leaves.

waterlooBelgian Style Witbier

A traditional Belgian wit with a twist. We add coriander and blackberry to create a light and drinkable beer with a nice tartness from the blackberry coupled with the natural citrus flavor that coriander gives off.

ABV: 5% IBU: 26

Hops: German Hallertau

sun-kissedMango Pilsner

If you’re looking for a light, crisp refreshing beer with a golden color, this is your choice. This pilsner has a naturally sweet mango flavor with a slight spice from the hop. Mango begins at the aroma and follows throughout the beer.

ABV: 5.5% IBU: 25

Hops: Chinook

SUMMER SEASONAL

oktobearfestMärzen Dopplebock

A traditional Märzen style Double Bock beer with a medium body and dark Amber color. Very little to no bitterness allows the rich malt to dominate. Sweet throughout with a dry finish.

ABV: 5.7% IBU: 26

Hops: German Hallertau

FALL/WINTER SEASONAL

freight trainImperial Milk Stout

A full-bodied, dark brew, with all the rich flavors one would come to expect from a stout such as chocolate, expresso, toffee, and roasted oats. Brewed with lactose and vanilla bean to blend all the bold flavors. With a sweet creamy malt body. No frills no gimmicks just a great stout. At 10% this milk stout is very easy drinking. But will hit you like a freight train!

ABV: 10% IBU: 40

Hops: Nugget

hochmeisterBrown Ale

This brown ale is filled with espresso notes and a subtle roasted flavor. You’ll enjoy a full-bodied beer with a khaki colored head. Hochmeister is the beer of choice for those who enjoy dark beer. Fun Fact: Hochmeister (German) is the holder of the supreme office of the Teutonic Order. This is the inspiration behind our producing this brown ale, because it is the Grand Master of them all.

ABV: 6.8% IBU: 45

Hops: Nugget

lola’sRaspberry Blonde Ale

Upon tasting Lola’s blonde we decided to add another level of complexity. This blonde ale hits you first with very light bitter hop and sweet malt, followed immediately with a hint of raspberry. It ends with an almost bone dry lingering berry notes.

ABV: 4.3% IBU: 15

Hops: Chinook, & Citra.

SPRING/SUMMER SEASONAL

porter’sChocolate Peanut Butter Porter

A Porter gets its name from the processing of the malt, where the malt is dried at very high temperature resulting to the point of partly charring. The resulting effect is a dark-brown roast like medium-bodied beer with a lot of complexities. This seemed like a good enough time as any to give a beer the surname of our proprietors, The Porter Family, so let’s raise a glass and say “Cheers”!
