Each summer, we hire students from various North American universities who work with teams at our

global headquarters and at our many site locations across the United States. As a Freeport-McMoRan

intern, you can expect an experience that is both challenging and rewarding. Internships typically

last between 10 and 16 weeks. During this time, you will be evaluated on your attention to safety

and your demonstration of technical expertise, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including

attitude and professionalism.
