Since 20 years, ITC Illuminations

supplies cities and malls with lighting decorations.

• Station water treatmentItc illumination in 2007 installed an autonomous treatment station of rinse water in accordance with the most demanding standard. This station ensures perfect neutrality and recycling of our in-dustrial wastewater in irrigation water

• Compliance with RoHS standards products RoHS means Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in the electric and electronic equipment. Since July 2006, all our product, whether imported or manufactured in our workshops, are confirmed to the Directive.

• Accession to the ADEMEITC is a member of the environnement agency and the mastery of energy. We are regularly informed of new law or guideline on the preservation of the environment or simply «good practice» that can participate

• Membership Recycled ITC is a member of the eco-Recycled agency, responsible for collecting and recycling our bulb.

We follow the EU directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) that requires producers and importers of compact fluorescent bulbs and led to organize the collection and reprocessing of these products.

• Paper and cardboard recycling ITC is organized cardboard and paper from its workshops and offices to be sorted in a container and shipped to a recycling factory.

• Recycling of aluminium and refurbished de-corations falling aluminium are collected and returned to re-cycling plants that will make new bars that we will return to make new patterns. The refurbished patterns are also unwired for using them in recycling factory.

Sustainable development

Lighting Emitting Diode (LED) is an electronic component that can emit light.

• LED long lasting is 5 times more and power consumption 6 times less in comparison with regular bulbs.

• LED do not generate visual pollution as the LED does not emit diffuse light.

• LED do not produce heat and have a very strong performance.

• LED have a small size that allows to adjust the number of bright spots in garland and to realize scenery of great finesse design.

• Manufacturing LED use the same process of chipset production.

• LED benefit from the production process and steady performance that give them a high reliability.

The use of led in the manufacture of our pattern allow to save up energy to 70% compared to traditional bulb.

Why LED ?

�

ITC Illuminations in 1986 was the first French company to offer rope light (neolight) to replace the strings of b22 too difficult to maintain and too expensive.

In 1992, that ITC yet again who produced the first aluminium pattern to replace steel prone to rust.

In 2000, installing a numeric robot to optimize the cutting of reflective materials used in manufacturing pattern.

In 2007, installation of a traceability system pattern based on radio frequency tag (RFID). It is with the same spirit of innovation that we are heavily involved with our technology partner in research and development of solar energy product.

Our 100% solar autonomous (page 6) is equipped with an electronic module to manage the duration of light with 8 function programmer. The solar module includes 10 rechargeable batterie and all electronics component.

This module is mounted on a ball that allows the setting with the sun in order to optimize performance.

Our workshop ISO 9001 will ensure products conform to highest industry standard today.

That’s why we decided to ensure all our decorations for 3 years.

Made from aluminium T64 used in aerospace and electrical product conform to CE standards, 100% of our pattern are tested before shipment. We guarantee all our decorations for 3 years part and labour (excluding transportation cost).

ITC has developed a new range of decorative solar ecological and economical pattern.

Solar panel latest generation can achieve 100% self-energy that do not require plug-in connection.

They include an electronic card managing the long lasting time (3h, 6h or ON / OFF) with 8 functions programmer. Each pattern autonomy reach 8 hours (fully charged) thanks to its rechargeable batteries (AAA)

This 5W system allow to feed from 300 to 500 led.

Cross over decorationsAll our cross over decorations are designed in stainless aluminium structure derived from aerospace technology. The power supply certified (CE certified) is provided subject to IP44 waterproofing standards guaranteeing outside use.

These patterns come with bindings poles AS13 aluminium steel, to suit any type of candle. These fasteners are made of 2 parts, one of which may remain attached to the pole in order to facilitate the installation and removal.

Itc illumination pole patterns are «dressed» of Neoled rope lights with high quality standard and led garlands. Following CE standard, the garlands are protected by polycarbonate cap, moulded in a rubber cable HO3RN-F to use indoor / outdoor. Neoled rope light has 36 led per meter, and diffusing light at 360 °. It is equipped with shunt system (one led does not defective functioning of the others) to its sheath Thanks to double insulation sheath, with anti UV treatment, the Neoled is resistive to extreme temperatures.

As each city is unique illuminations ITC seeks to fulfil your desire by creating customized and personalized patterns.If you like a decor in the catalogue, we can suit your need by changing the size and / or adding new elements.

From an idea, a sketch, theme, ITC illumination assists you in your project throughout its development. As each project is unique, our experienced team uses all means necessary and follow a development process: • first sketch • feasibility study • Photoshop simulation • offer Depending on the size of your pattern, it will be composed of one or more elements to facilitate the transportation, installation, removal and the storage. Each pattern is supplied with bindings.

Crosse over and Pole:

Specifics patterns are designed with special aluminium steel structure, from the Aeronautical Technology EN AW 6060 T6 (AIMgSI). The supply power (CE certified) is provided subject to the standards warranty IP44 sealing outdoor use.

The ITC specific illuminations are «dressed» Néoled rope light, high quality LED and garlands. Following the CE standards, the garlands are protected by polycarbonate caps, moulded in a rubber cable HO3RN-F to use indoor / outdoor. Néoled rope light is equipped with 36 LEDs per meter, a light diffusing at 360 °. It is equipped with SHUNT (a defective LED does not affect others). Thanks to his double insulation PVC, UV treated the Néoled resist to extreme temperatures. All our patterns can be animated.

Programmer MO1 :Animator with adjustable speed, 2 channels, setting with a potentiometer.Each channel is protected by a fuse. Can be used with 24, 120 and 230 volts.

Socket boxes :Breaker with differential protection 30mA, class II, bipolar rearmament with European socket 2P-T for fastening on pole and façade.

Follow the norm UTE C17-202 and is required for the safety rules.
