The Change – IPPS-A is the critical enabler for The Army People Strategy and its transition to a Talent Management system and an HR data-rich environment.

IPPS-A Release 3 will integrate over 1.1 million Soldiers into a multi-component (Active, Reserve, and National Guard) personnel

• IPPS-A is deployed to the ENTIRE Army National Guard

• Improvement in Pay Action Accuracy

• IPPS-A Average: ~ 99% accuracy on over 515k Actions

• Highest-rated Mobile Application on the US Army Trainingand Doctrine Command app store with over 16Kdownloads

• Agile response to policy changes:

• Implemented critical updates in April that allowed ARNG to mobilize Soldiers ISO COVID-19 support operations, updated promotions according to policy exceptions and streamlined duty status updates

• Within 2 weeks in June collaborated with NGB to implement mobilization changes to support civil unrest call-ups

• Conducted over 20 live training events via DCS and produced over 27 job aides to build knowledge on business processes

• Product Level Testing (PLT) – conducted by the developer to ensure multiple components are working

together (early look at integration)

• Developer Integration Test (DIT) – conducted by the System Integrator (SI) Test Team to ensure the entire

system is working end-to-end

effort (RRE)
