Session Description

Join us! We will apply the evaluation cycle to better meet the instructional technology needs of your staff. We will explore how to collect and analyze data to customize professional development offerings.

Session Objectives

•Participants will learn to apply the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) framework

•Participants will learn to maintain a professional development log (Inventory of Professional Development) in which they track informal and formal PD offerings

•Participants will learn to use the Professional Development Exit Questionnaire (PDQ) to gauge formal PD session effectiveness
