To be a good manager is to supervisor your team regularly, to provide constructive
feedback about their performance at work. A leader works with the team, to develop the team be self-aware, to motivate others, to
build relationships, to be flexible and to have excellent communication skills.
Mentoring and coaching offer a vehicle for analysis, reflection and action that ultimately
enable the team to achieve success in one more areas of their work
