Symposium Package

Includes use of CNSI Auditorium & CNSI Lobby for 1-4 hours. Whether you are hosting a distinguished lecture, short panel discussion or weekly seminar series the Symposium Package fits all of your needs at a much lower price than the full day Conference Package option. Use of the Auditorium & Lobby comes with the same provision of AV equipment, services and set-up.

The Seminar Package is ideal for events requiring a large space for lectures or meetings, without the added on cost of the lobby space. AV equipment and technical support provided throughout the duration of your event. Perfect for keeping costs to a minimum, and maximizing your participation.

Workshop Package

Ideal for workshops and meetings requiring a lecture style set-up, as well as breakout areas. Floor to ceiling windows provide a beautiful view of the UCLA Court of Sciences. Moveable shoji screens create separate spaces for maximum flexibility, and double as white boards.
