C&M MACHINE HOLDING INC is a Woman/Veteran-Owned Small Business located in the

northwest corner of Arkansas. Founded as Warren Machine in California forty years ago,

moved to Arkansas in 1993 and purchased by Mary and Cleve Jernigan in November 2005.

They immediately began a modernization program that continues today, incorporating the

latest and most efficient machines and technology to assure the best value for their

customers.

While C&M strives to be the best value, our excellent customer service is what sets us
