Phase 1 - Website Redesign and Team Formation August – October 2010

• The first phase involves the redesigning the website to specific interface components that would involve and restructuring the organization / team that will be behind this project. The objectives of this phase are to:

• Assess and develop the best way to present ClickMindanao as an interactive website to draw people to peace stories regularly.

• To develop a database of peace organizations and organize sourcing of peace stories

• To form a team of young Information Technology professionals passionate about getting peace stories across to the public

• To capacitate a team of online communication officers from civil society groups on peace journalism and web content development on – Peace Journalism– Use of New Media and Social Networking Tools

Phase 3 - Relaunch, Site Hosting, Management, and Maintenance (November onwards)

• This involves relaunching the website through a public event and bring it across the public through various media outlets (television, print, websites, social networks, online magazines).

• Afterwards, the real work continues as we source peace stories on the ground regularly and spread them out through social networking sites, blogs, email blasts, and media connections.
