PDE Professional Development Requirement

Teachers involved in or impacted by CFF including

teachers who will be getting fully equipped rooms and

teachers who will receive some equipment are required to take a thirty hour course per year.

Teaching in the 21st Century- The Need for Change

Year One Course

The framework for changing teacher practice through sustained professional development with technology integration.

Completely Online. Facilitator is provided for support.

It is not a technology training but instead how to use technology in your classroom. Course can be taken for college credit.

College Credit will apply toward Master’s Degree in Education at Wilkes University. After Five years of the required CFF courses half of the master’s program will be

complete at Wilkes University. Fee is Required for College Credit.
