The Viaero tower is in the process of determin-ing the permits needed to place a tower north of Lodgepole.

Runge asked for public comments: Ramirez spoke about possible events for Old Settlers’.

Reports were heard from the attorney, sewer & water department, parks, sanitation, roads, fire hall, community hall and clerk.

Other items for discus-sion: The rain has really made the grass and weeds grow. Letters will go out this week to residents with lawns over 12 inches tall. Addison suggested changing the meeting date of July’s meeting from July 2nd to July 9th due to the July 4th holiday and sched-ule conflicts. It was agreed to change the date of the next meeting to July 9th.

Wheelock a/k/a Lisa Wheelock, hus-band and wife, and deliv-ered to American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, Trustee, for the benefit of Beneficial Nebraska Inc., d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co., as Beneficiary, and which was duly recorded on August 30, 2002, in Book 243 at Page 779 of the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Cheyenne County, Nebraska. Such deed of trust was given to secure the payment of a certain promissory note in writing dated August 27, 2002.

The plaintiff alleges in its Complaint that there is now due the plaintiff on said note the principal sum of $128,171.63, together with interest thereon. The plaintiff is the owner of the beneficial interest under such deed of trust, and is the holder of the indebted-ness secured thereby.

The plaintiff prays that in default of payment by the defendants of the amount due the plaintiff as aforesaid, such mortgaged premises be decreed to be sold according to law to satisfy the sums found due the plaintiff, with interest and costs of suit, and that such defendants be forever barred and foreclosed of all right, title, lien, equity of redemption or other inter-est in, to and upon such mortgaged premises.

You are required to answer such Complaint on or before the 6th day of August, 2018.
