Key StrategiesOur Process to Implement Change
1. A CRM solution was selected- Slate
2. Formed an implementation committee with representatives from each graduate program
- Buy-in/support from campus-wide community
- Re-envisioned admissions process for each program
- Agreed upon a singular base application
3. Created a Graduate Admissions Office- Launched new graduate admissions office July 1, 2013
- Accepted applications using Slate for the fall 2014
6
Key StrategiesOur Process to Implementation Change
4. Transitioned from an implementation committee to a liaison committee
- Members serve as liaisons between the graduate programs/departments and the central graduate admissions office
- Liaisons help to manage applications review process for individual programs
