Due to the health and safety concerns in the community, Club Kokomo made the decision to make the annual CK Cares 5K race on Thanksgiving day Virtual. Although we couldn’t participate together, it was great to see everyone still participating in the run individually. Points of Interest: David Hughes ran the Virtual Indianapolis Monumental Mara-thon on November 7 in Highland Park with a time of 7:50:23. Jeannie Townsend and Robin Cole completed the Rudolph Rumble 5K on November 7 with times of 45:41 and 45:43. Don Andrews completed the Colonel Sanders Half Marathon on November 14 with a time of 1:32:30 and 13th place overall. Keith McAndrews ran the LaPorte Virtual Half Marathon on November 20 with a time of 2:22:00 Bethany Kirkwood and Michelle Ludlow completed the COVICTORY Ultra on November 27 on the Cardinal Greenway trail with a finish time of 6:05:53.

On November 9, 2020 the meeting was called to order at 6pm by President Dani McQuaide. 1. Prayer by Carol Savage 2. Vern Keller made a motion to suspend the reading of the minutes. Carol Savage 2nd the motion. Motion carried. 3. Jeannie Townsend made a motion to accept the minutes as read. Jenny Tudor 2nd the Motion. Motion carried. 4. Treasurer’s report given by Mark Shorter. 5. Old Business a. Discussion of CK Charity race.—Race was mentioned in Kokomo Tribune and Kokomo Perspective to drive attendance. b. Suggestions were made on types of pies to get for the race: Moore’s pies or Dutch Café in Bunker Hill. C. Robin Tetrault mentioned she is still in need of volunteers for the CK Charity race. D. Vicki Bowles thanked the club for their help with the HESP 5K as well as all donations made to the event. 6. New Business a. Goodfellows needs volunteers this year. New location is at Kohls B. Discussion about Awards Banquet.—Possibly changing the venue to the Grace Fellowship Church due to possible covid restrictions. Or looking for a

new place all together. C. Hall of Fame nominations are due to Mark Shorter by December 1st. Send him the nomination and reasons why. D. Still looking to fill the positions of Vice President and President. Any interested candidate needs to reach out to Dani McQuaide. 7. Meeting Adjourned.
