Jim Church called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Ed Lukasek to approve the consent agenda
consisting of the minutes of the JulV LO,2OL7 meeting and the Police Department's monthly report forJune and bills, Motion carried 5-0.
Upon proper payment of any fees, the following new or renewal bartenders licenses were approved
on a motion byJosh Lydon and seconded by Kevin Brueggeman. Motion carried 5-0'

A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Kevin Brueggeman to approve the Second Hand
Article or Jewelry License Renewals lot 2OLT-?:01^8 upon proper payment of any fees. Motion carried

Dennis Kramer dba Big Rooster Firearms located at 105 N. Water StreetPatricia Barnes dba Wild Women located at 210 S. Water Street
A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded bY Kevin Brueggeman to approve the "Class B"
Liquor License Renewal for 2017-2018 upon proper payment of any fees. Motion carried 5-0.
Griselda Sanchez-Hernandez dba Jarochos Mexican Restaurant located at 620 lndustrial Dr.,
Suite I
Dave Kuderer brought the committee up to date on Denton's Transmission. He has talked toBernadette,theownerofthebuilding,andsheisintheprocessofcleaningupthearea. Shewill be in
contact with Chief Kuderer and also wlth our City Attorney, Jim Hellman.
Items mentioned for future consideration were:The committee mentioned to Chief Kuderer that they have received many positive comments about the
P.D. website and facebook page.
Alderman Lukasek would like to look at our ordinance on graffiti regarding markings on roadways and is
a permit necessary for this?A request for a temporary handicap space by the Farmer's Market has been received. This will be
referred to Public Works.There has been a request for "no parking" along Avon Road. This will be referred to Public Works.
A motion was made by Josh Lydon and seconded by Kevin Brueggeman to adjourn at 5:39 p.m.
Motion carried 5-0.
