4 Financial outlook of city budget. Projected plans for budgetary items aresometimes planned years in advance. Willingness to listen to all ideas. Doesnot micro manage his department heads. Attendance is fantastic.

2 Some type of public communications system that is two way and effective.Provide a website to citizens that is current at all times, strive for innovative andinteractive. I think comments from the evaluation in Oct 2011 are vaulable toincorporate with this evaluation as well.

3 Talk to Russ about his relationship with his subordinate. I have received toomany calls from city employees about this behavior.
