Citrix Partner Locator
Where is the Partner Locator?
•The “Partner Locator” link appears on Citrix.com under the Partner tab
•“Find a Partner” has now been replaced by the Partner Locator
•Other web pages pointing to “Find a Partner” will also point to the Partner Locator. This includes the “Buy” page located at the top nav next to “Events” as well as the Citrix web sites in Spanish and Portuguese
Which partners can be searched?
The Partner Locator has two tabs – Solution Advisors and Distributors• Solution Advisors = Citrix Solution Advisors, Independent Service
Vendors, System Integrators
Alliance Partners and Learning Centers are not included

Features and Benefits
•Enhanced interface that provides a more intuitive experience for the user
•Google Analytics will provide usage and search statistics
•Generate leads to be routed to the correct partner for follow-up
•The “What’s this?” link is a pop up that displays descriptions of partners associated in the Partner Locator – CSA (Platinum, Gold, Silver), ISV, SI, and Distributor. This will help identify the kinds of partners that can be searched using the tool
•The “Give us your feedback” link goes to an inbox that is currently managed by WW Channel Marketing. The inbox is “[email protected]”
•The “Search” link will open to a results page that will display the quantity found and list the local partners. Additionally, the type and level is clearly indicated for each partner and mapping is shown to the right of the list that serves as a visual aid

Search Result is 0
•If the search result is 0 in the Solution Providers tab, a message will display requesting the user to complete a form
•The data will be captured in Vantive and the most appropriate, local partner will be identified
•The partner will then receive the lead to directly contact the customer
•The assigned partner needs to rate the lead within 15 days otherwise the lead will be reassigned to another partner based on the criteria provided by the customer

“Have This Partner Contact Me”
•This links opens to an Information Request form
•The data will be collected in Vantive and sent to the requested partner through the Lead Management Tool
•This lead will be monitored in terms of how many are generated and for which products
•The assigned partner needs to rate the lead within 15 days otherwise the lead will be reassigned to another partner based on the criteria provided by the customer

Phase II
•WW Channel Marketing will offer partners an online form via My Citrix to collect submissions for articles to then appear on Citrix.com and the Partner Locator
•A process is currently being considered and will be shared in detail with GEOs and partners once it is defined
