Ram Ram Ram. Non c’è due senza tre. Le linee del Ram sono state leggermente modificate e il risultato è un prodotto più aggressivo: un po’ manta un po’ Formula 1. La parte di appoggio palmare è ridotta del 6% e al di sotto sono amplificati i concetti ergonomici, è stata ricavata una “Thumb Zone”, ossia un avvallamento per l’appoggio del pollice utile sia nelle fasi di relax che in quelle di spinta. Il passaggio dei cavi è ampio, fluido e scorrevole, l’uscita è avanzata nel ponte integrato porta-computer (Manta Deck) in modo da migliorare significativamente le performance in fase di frenata e cambiata. La sagomatura delle drops segue una particolare curva parabolica per una presa continua mai troppo profonda (Progressive Parabolic Action). Il carbonio unidirezionale è stratificato in modo ottimale con una disposizione delle fibre che rende possibile la riduzione del peso del 7%.

Ram Ram Ram. Never two without three. The shapes of the Ram have been slightly modified and the result is an even more aggressive product, something between a Manta Ray and a Formula One. The palm section on the tops of the handlebar has now been reduced by 6%, and the ergonomic zones on the underside of the section have been improved, obtaining the “Thumb Zone”, a surface recess for resting thumbs, useful both in emphasized (such as climbing) and relaxed phases of the ride. The cables routing is wide, fluid and flowing, their exit is integrated into an advanced position at the beginning of the cyclo-computer holder bridge (Manta Deck) significantly improving braking and shifting performance. The shape of the drops follows a particular parabolic curvature that ensures a constant grab, never too deep (Progressive Parabolic Action). The unidirectional carbon fiber has an optimal oriented stratification, able to keep the weight of the Ram 3 in only 410 grams (size 42/120).

Abbiamo riprogettato la curva per offrire anche la taglia 38, mantenendo le formidabili 4 zone di presa sul manubrio che lo rendono più ergonomico, performante e comodo da impugnare. 1) La parte centrale è molto larga e digrada verso l’esterno creando un’ottima zona di appoggio resa ancora più confortevole dal sistema di copertura dei cavi. (Palm Zone)2) La drop è molto raccolta e permette di raggiungere con facilità la parte inferiore del manubrio. La leva freno è molto ravvicinata ed un’apposita rientranza della drop al di sotto della leva del freno, consente di impugnare la manetta saldamente con tre dita. (3 Fingers Zone)3) Ampio raggio di curvatura interno per offrire più spazio nella posizione laterale alta. La zona che degrada verso le leve dei freni ha un’innovativa sagomatura che accoglie il palmo della mano creando un nuovo ed efficace punto di presa. We have redesigned the bar to offer the size 38, keeping the 4 amazing grip zones on the bar making it furtherly more ergonomic and extremely comfortable to grab. 1) The central area is wider and slopes outward creating an optimum grip point, more comfortable thanks to the new cable covers. (Palm Zone)2) The drop is small so that the lower part of the drop can be easily reached. The brake lever is very close and a particular shape under the levers allows a firm grip with 3 fingers when the levers are grabbed on high. Il manubrio monoscocca in fibra di carbonio è eccezionalmente leggero e confortevole grazie anche alla drop realizzata seguendo il concetto PPA (Progressive Parabolic Action) che consente alla mano una perfetta impugnatura. The monocoque carbon fiber handlebar is exceptionally light and reactive thanks to the drop designed according to the PPA concept (Progressive Parabolic Action) that allows a perfect hand-grip. The 3D-forged 7050 T6 aluminum alloy stem is designed with a variable thickness oval section and reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber, making it extremely light and durable. Estensioni clip on Triathlon/Crono adattabili ai manubri diametro 31,8 mm. I morsetti in alluminio 6061 T6 forgiati e lavorati CNC sono di facilissimo montaggio grazie al semplice sistema di fissaggio a due viti. Gli appoggia gomito realizzati interamente in fibra di carbonio sono leggeri, rigidi ed ergonomici, possono essere regolati in ampiezza ed avanzamento e sono dotati di un confortevole cuscinetto di appoggio. The Heroes clip-on Time-Trial/Triathlon extensions feature two new aluminum straight and “J-bend” extensions. Both are made from a 6061 T6 alloy plain gauge tube. The “J-bend” version has a bend of 50° at the end of the grip and a hole for the passage of the cables. Nuovissima curva manubrio realizzata con la collaborazione dei corridori del Team MASH CINELLI. Ottenuta grazie all’impiego di un tubo di alluminio 7050 T6 a spessore differenziato con un profilo ergonomico nella presa alta ed un reach di soli 70 mm, la rendono particolarmente adatta per le criterium e il ciclocross dove la guidabilità e la tempestività nel raggiungere i comandi sono caratteristiche irrinunciabili.

Ogni millimetro di questo manubrio è stato pensato e progettato per una moltitudine di prese confortevoli e sicure. Questo l’impegno del Team Mash Cinelli e per ottenere questo risultato abbiamo utilizzato al meglio la tecnologia di idroformatura. Avanzamento, angolo e lunghezza delle estensioni, sagomatura inferiore per accogliere le dita: abbiamo reinventato un classico. Anche la superficie leggermente goffrata migliora la presa.

Every inch of this bar has been designed and engineered to obtain a multitude of comfortable and secure positions. This was the ultimate aim of the Mash Cinelli Team, and to achieve it we used the most suitable technology: hydroforming. Rise, angle and length of the extensions, shaped underside for an ergonomic grip: we have reinvented a classic. Even the rough, sandblasted surface improves grip.

Brand new handlebar made with the collaboration of the riders of the MASH CINELLI Team. Obtained by using a 7050 T6 aluminum with variable tube thickness with ergonomic high grip profile and a reach of only 70 mm makes it particularly suitable for criteriums and cyclocross where handling and shifters fast reaching are essential features.
