The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM), which is an affiliate of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM),

the professional body for HR practitioners in Kenya, will be hosting the ‘Elevate your HR game. New world, best practice.’ between Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th August 2020. This will be an online Summit.

This Virtual Summit, will offer participants an unparalleled opportunity to learn, interact and engage from the brightest minds in the HR and Business World, both private and public sector. The Virtual Summit provides an opportunity for participants to explore the new shifts in human resource. COVID 19 pandemic has brought disruption in the world of work and it is imperative that human resource managers and practitioners adapt to new ways of working, relating and managing human capital.

The outline and program for the summit is as follows

I) About the Virtual Summit

This is a 3 day (Wednesday 26th to Friday 28th August 2020) online Summit targeting professionals from both the Public and Private sectors.

• It will have a total of 7 sessions for the 3-day duration

• Each day will have 2 sessions: ❙ Morning Session: 9:00am to 11:00am;❙ Afternoon Session: 2.00pm to 4:00pm;

• The Summit theme is Elevate your HR game. New world, best practice.

• Each day will have its own Topic under the main theme as outline below:-
