Vicky JacksonHaving performed at Wembley Arena and Kensington Palace, Vicky is one of the most talented tribute artists in the UK. Vicky was at the Cromwell last Christmas and went down a storm! She will sing all your favourite tracks from great artists through the decades.

Uche EkeFollowing last year’s amazing performance on New Year’s Eve, Uche Eke returns this year to perform. Uche is an internationally known singer with an incredible voice. He has sung lead vocals with 70’s superstars Hot Chocolate and former members of ‘The Drifters’ . His set list comprises of soul, swing, & Motown classics.

Michael ClewsMichael returns to the Cromwell this Christmas after putting on a fantastic show in 2017. Michael has many styles, and will perform Buble to Elvis to Christmas numbers to make the evening a memorable one with a polished, energetic and exciting performance.

Live WiresHighly experienced, young, energetic and exceptionally entertaining, Live Wires are the perfect band for your Christmas Party. They had a hugely successful stint at the Cromwell in 2016 and were bought back by popular demand. Live Wires have the experience and repertoire to wow any audience, playing music from the 60’s to present day.

Deposit

All reservations must be confirmed within 10 days of the provisional booking with a £10 per person deposit for party nights, festive lunches and festive dinners. £20 per person is required for Christmas Day lunch and New Year’s Eve. If a deposit is not received within the 10 days the booking will be released. Any deposits paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Final payment

The final balance of the booking is required 28 days prior to the event date, any places not fully paid by this date will be offered for resale. Any payments made (deposits and final payments) are non-transferable and non-refundable. Final numbers must be confirmed 14 days prior to arrival, any special dietary requirements and menu orders must also be received by this date. We will send you a pre-order form for completion upon deposit payment.

Any wine or drink vouchers must also be confirmed and paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event to receive the special discounted pricing. After this date they should be paid for on the night and they will be charged at our standard tariff.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your booking or reduce your numbers no refunds will be given on any payments made.

The hotel reserves the right to change any agreement at any time. The hotel will endeavour to give the client as much notice as is practical or possible.

Non-arrivals on the night will not be refunded nor can the payments be offset against any other charges including beverages and accommodation.

Unless stated in the brochure the party location will be determined by the venue. In the Cromwell Suite each of the tables can seat up to 10 people. The table plan for the night will be decided by the venue, dependant on final numbers for each function. In the Bourchier Suite the table plan is dependant on numbers and we will advise the best set up according to the numbers confirmed.

Cancellations can only be made by the party organiser and must be made in writing, by email.

Liability

The client shall pay for the cost of repairing any damage to the Hotel Cromwell where such damage was caused by the client or its guests during the event, along with any loss of earnings incurred by the Cromwell as a result of said damage or disruption to the hotel.

The Hotel Cromwell will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the client’s property, or the property of the client’s guests or other persons for whom the client is responsible, unless such loss, damage or injury is due to negligence of the venue.

The Hotel Cromwell will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Private Hire Agreement, or any loss suffered by the client if such delay, failure or loss is due to due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
