Make a Reservation 18

1. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required upon booking to hold your reservation.

2. Due to demand for reservations, if deposits are not received within 14 days of the booking we reserve the right to release your reservation without notice.

3. Bookings for Christmas Day Lunches (Ostler Restaurant/Tuscany Suite), Boxing Day Lunch and New Years Eve (Ostler Restaurant/Tuscany Suite and Stables Bar) are all payable in full by no later than 1st December 2010.

4. Bookings for parties of 30 or more persons are required to pay in full by 1st October 2010 for New Years Eve in the Tuscany Suite.

5. Party Nights and Cabaret Bookings are payable in full 4 weeks prior to the event.

6. If you wish to cancel, you must notify the hotel in writing and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit.

7. Please make cheques payable to the Manor House Hotel. All bookings must be settled as a whole through the organiser and not by the individuals.

8. Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties. This only applies to the Tuscany Suite on Party Nights, Cabarets and New Year’s Eve.

9. Accommodation cancellation policy during the festive period is 24 hours’ notice to avoid incurring a full cancellation fee, with the exception of New Years Eve accommodation which is payable in full by 1st December 2010 and is non refundable unless re sold.

10. The Hotel may cancel the booking at any time and without obligation to you in the event that the deposit payment schedule is not met by you; the hotel or any part of it is closed for reasons beyond the hotel’s control or if the hotel is sold or ceases to be operated by Manor House (Alsager) Ltd or Compass Hotels Ltd. In such events, a full refund of any monies paid by you to us will be refunded from our Head Office.

11. The Hotel reserves the right to change any of the cabaret acts & entertainment listed due to situations beyond our control.

12. We regret that deposits and pre-payments cannot be refunded and cancellation of prepaid dates cannot be credited to your party’s account.
