Rules of Play Jungle Mania, it’s Franchisee’s and employee’s ensure the safety of our visitors. However we are not a childcare facility and therefore parents and guardians are responsible for the children in there care at all times. A ratio of one adult to six children over 5 and one adult for 3 children under five. Parents and or guardians must Make sure they know where the children in their care are and ensure they are capable of using the equipment safely. Remain in the building at ALL times. Explain these rules to the children and monitor their behavior. • Jungle Mania reserves the right to close any part of the equipment without notice or compensation. • Strictly no smoking on the premises. • Strictly no chewing gum on the premises. • Children are advised to wear long sleeved tops and trousers and must wear socks at all times. We cannot be held responsible for friction burns. • No shoes are to be warn on the play structures of the soft floor surrounding them. • Jewelry is worn at your own risk and children who wear glasses must take particular care. • Please note that only food and drink purchased from Treetops coffee bar may be consumed in any Jungle Mania site. I f caught breaking this rule you will be asked to put your own food and drink away. • No food or drink is to be taken on to any of the play structures. • Management reserve the right to refuse entry. • All age restrictions imposed by Jungle Mania must be adhered to. • Parents/guardians must ensure that children in their care do not over heat. • Children who are unwell or have been unwell must not visit any of our centre’s for a period of 48 hours. Children who

become unwell while in Jungle Mania must leave immediately.

• Abusive or aggressive behavior deemed to be unsuitable towards Jungle Mania’s staff, management or any other member of the public from either adults or children will

not be tolerated under any circumstances.

• Should members of the public notice any unsuitable behavior they must inform a member of staff immediately.

• Jungle Mania cannot take responsibility for personal belongings at any time.

• The minimum age limit for a child to use our astra slides (large wavy slide) is 3 years old. All children must use

this slide by going down sitting upright with their arms folded.

• Balls must remain in the ball pit at all times.

• All damage to any of our play structures must be reported to a member of staff immediately.

• Please use our toilet facilities with respect and report any issues with there overall cleanliness.

• Please do not place anything other than toilet paper down our toilets.

• It is forbidden to climb on any of the netting.

• Clothes with ropes or cords should not be worn on the play structures.

• For the safety of children we request that they do not climb up any of our slides.

By paying our entrance fee’s parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and understood our rules of play in full.

This includes any of our terms & conditions.
