CHP unit casing and room cabinet enclosure are manufactured of heavy-gauge steel and designed to operate at 115-1-60 or 208/230-1-60 (for larger models). DURABILITY PERFORMANCE FLEXIBILITY PRICE Chassis: Self-contained cooling and heating assembly consisting of sealed refrigerant system, evaporator section with PSC motor, coaxial heat exchanger section and digital unit-mounted controls. Cabinet enclosure and pan are powder coated inside and out to prevent corrosion of sheet metal parts. Sealed Refrigeration System: R410A “Green” refrigerant, high efficiency rotary compressor, copper tube/aluminum fin evaporator and tube-in-tube heat exchanger (condenser). A metering device ensures safe and consistent refrigerant flow across the full range of operating temperatures and pressures. Reversing valve cycles, on demand, between heating and cooling. Base Unit: Evaporator motor and blower wheel system are mounted on vibration isolators, reducing noise and excess movement. Assembly is mounted on a slide-out motor board for ease of service. Blower wheels are metal double-inlet, forward curved centrifugal type, directly driven by a three speed PSC motor with built-in automatic reset overload protector. Metal drain pan with dual drain hose ensures full condensate drainage and eliminates mould and bacteria buildup.

Dual Freeze Protection: Includes a low pressure switch to monitor the refrigerant pressures in cooling mode and an integral low temperature sensor which initiates the heat function when the room air temperature falls below 45°F.
Controls: State-of-the-art electronic package, situated on top of the chassis, has a large LED display panel with clearly marked, backlit control buttons. The Control Pad is a programmable, user friendly device that allows the user to set desired temperature and operational mode. Automatic or manual settings allow the user to select temperatures, either self-monitored or manually controlled, in both heating and cooling modes.
Cabinet Enclosure: Flat top, fabricated of furniture grade galvanized steel and finished with designer grade baked powder coating; Arctic White finish is standard. Front cover is removable without the use of tools.
Aluminum Filter: Permanent washable aluminum mesh filter supplied with each unit.
Warranty and Code Compliance: • One year standard warranty applies• Optional 2nd year thru 5th year compressor
