G '. ?he 1hicago IWW M& shall meet 7ith the purpose to make oicial collectiedecisions on behal o the M&. All M& members are encouraged to participate inM& meetings and actiities. No use o the M&Hs logo$ signature$ endorsement$ etcshall be made unless it has been approed in a meeting$ or b9 ballot.

'.' 1hicago M&Hs legislatie and polic9 decisions J such as elections o oicersand delegates and passage o motions J t9picall9 occur at monthl9 meetings o the membership +monthl9 meeting-. 0uch assemblies collectiel9 aord 1hicagoM& oicers the authorit9 to speak or act on behal o 1hicago M&$ commit thebranch to an actiit9 or delegate these priileges to speciic 1hicago M&members.'.2 A Ma=orit9 ote cast shall rule in the organi<ation and its subordinate parts.'.; An9 1hicago IWW M& meeting$ actiit9$ or space must be held in publicl9accessible location that is A%A compliant$ preerabl9 e8ceeding A%AreCuirements. G 5. )ach meeting shall be chaired b9 the &ranch 0ecretar9. In the absence o the&ranch 0ecretar9$ the &ranch ?reasurer shall chair the meeting. A meeting recordingsecretar9 7ill be elected in adance o calling the meeting to order.

5.' ?he chair shall preside oer the monthl9 meeting.5.2 ?he recording secretar9 shall present the proposed agenda to the bod9$making it readil9 aailable at the ph9sical meeting location and to those attendingtelephonicall9. ?his agenda 7ill be amended as necessar9 and approed prior tocommencing.5.; ?he recording secretar9 shall take the minutes at the meeting.

G 3. Members in good standing are entitled to cast one ote on each issue that comesbeore the assembl9. Per the IWW 1onstitution$ Article II$ 0ec. 5+b-$ no paid oicial o an9 part o the IWW shall be permitted to ote in &ranch meetings.

All oicers and delegates must be members in good standing o the 1hicago IWWM& at the time o their nomination and remain members in good standing throughouttheir termsL this shall be eriied at the beginning o each monthl9 meeting. 0hould theoicerHs or delegateHs dues not be current$ the9 shall be gien until the ne8t M&meeting to become current or the M& shall ollo7 Article VII G 5 o these b9la7s toaddress acancies.

Mediation is thepreerred method o conlict resolution.
