StickyKeys — assist those who may have difficulty pressing two keys simultaneously. It lets you press the first key (such as Alt or Ctrl) and have it remain active while the second key is subsequently pressed.

FilterKeys — tells your computer to ignore quick or inadvertently repeated keystrokes.

ToggleKeys — feature helps monitor when locking keys are pressed. Whenever a locking key (such as Num Lock or Caps Lock) is pressed or released, a beeping sound will be heard.

SoundSentry — lets you choose the type of visual warning you’d like implemented when your system normally would make a sound (ranging from flashing the active caption bar or active window, to flashing the entire desktop).

ShowSounds — option ensures that programs that normally give only sound indicators for necessary actions also provide either text captions or informative icons.

High Contrast — feature instructs Windows XP to use a special system color and font size that make reading information on the screen somewhat easier for people with visual impairments and is activated or deactivated using the keyboard shortcut (ALT+left SHIFT+PRINT SCREEN). Additionally, when the shortcut is pressed, an audible sound will be heard

MouseKeys — feature lets you perform mouse functions by using the keys on your numeric keypad.

SerialKeys — settings enable you to use an alternative input device for keyboard and mouse features.

Microsoft Manager — settings window provides you with a magnified display at the top of your screen. Where the mouse pointer aims is, by default, at the center of the enlarged view but this can be changed using the tracking settings of the Magnifier Settings dialog box.
