SD Menu: SD -> Basic functions -> Output -> Output determination > Output Determination using the condition Technique-> Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents ->Maintain Output Types -> Select output type and double click on processing routine folder.

Output type / Medium determines Printing program

By using the “FORM Routine” field you can indicate different “entry point” to the printing program.

All output type can be associated with the same program / layout set combination but to different “FORM Routines”.

Purchasing Menu: MM -> Purchasing -> Messages -> Forms (Layout Sets) for Messages -> Assign Form and Output Program for Purchase Order

Inventory Management Menu: MM -> IM -> Output determination -> Assign Forms and Programs

Finance Menu: FI -> AR & AP -> Customer (Vendor) accounts -> Line items -> Correspondence -> Carry out check or correspondence settings ->Define form names for correspondence print.

Check Printing Menu: FI -> AR & AP -> Business transaction -> Outgoing payments -> Automatic outgoing payments -> Payment method / Bank selection for Payment Program -> Set Up Payment Methods per Company Code for Payment Transaction -> “Double click on the Company code” -> “Double click on ‘Form data’ Push button.
