On Saturday mornings the combined westbound service 1/1A frequency will be slightly reduced between approximately 7am and 8am – from every 10 minutes to every 12 or 13 minutes. On Sunday mornings, the first three eastbound journeys will additionally serve Brighton Station. The journeys concerned are the 6.29am and 6.59am from New Church Road/Boundary Road, and the 7.14am from Mile Oak.

Buses will serve the stop opposite Homelees House at 9.01am, 9.21am, 9.48am and then at 18 and 48 minutes past the hour until 3.48pm. Timetable changes to some morning peak journeys. The 6am journey from Whitehawk to Goldstone Valley will terminate at Brighton Station on Mondays to Fridays. On schooldays an additional service 21 journey will leave the bottom of Elm Grove at 3.39pm and run via Manor Hill direct to Whitehawk Bus Garage. (This will be the continuation of the 74 journey from Patcham High School to Elm Grove). On Saturdays the 6am journey from Whitehawk to Brighton Station was to have been withdrawn but Brighton & Hove City Council will fund its continued operation. This journey will be run by The Big Lemon.

There will be minor timetable changes to some Monday to Saturday evening journeys. The 11pm journey from Churchill Square to Brighton Marina will terminate at Whitehawk Bus Garage. Brighton & Hove City Council will fund the continued operation of the Whitehawk Way – Wilson Avenue – Swanborough Drive section of route on four evening journeys. This means that the timetable will be similar to now.

Service 769 will run every Sunday and bank holiday until 28 October and will then cease for the winter. Buses leave Brighton Station at 9.40am (Old Steine 9.44am), returning from Sheffield Park at 4.45pm. Between these times there are four return journeys between Haywards Heath (Perrymount Road, for railway station) and Sheffield Park.
