• Log inhttp://www.brightonandhovejobs.com/sign-in/employer/

• My DetailsThis is where the account holders name is listed.

• Company ProfileThis is your company description and logo that can be uploaded or changed at any

time.

• Update PasswordThis is where you can update and change your password. Please remember to hit

the ‘save’ button.

3. Manage Jobs

• Live JobsEach job posting will be live for 28 days – Listed next to your live job posting is the

expiry date.

Once your job posting is live, there is no facility to edit or change the content. Therefore, please make sure you ‘preview’ your job posting before accepting it to go live.

• Draft JobsIs where saved job postings are listed. You can edit saved job postings.

• Job HistoryAfter 28 days your job vacancy will automatically expire and move to ‘Job history’.

Please make sure that if a job vacancy has been filled or you no longer require the advertisement before the expiry date, that you login and remove the post.

You can re-post an expired or deleted job vacancies.

4. Applications

• View ApplicationsIf you have set your account so that candidates have to apply through the site by uploading their CV and cover letters, you will receive an email alert when a candidate applies, as well as, having the ability to view your applications in this section.The applications will be listed under the job vacancy they have applied for. Simply click on the arrow to view the applicants. You can then download and save their CVs and cover letters.

If you have selected for candidates to apply via another contact reference or to be directed to another url link, we can not monitor the applications.

To help fill your vacancy faster make the most out of your job title and list all the relevant keywords.
