Annual Convention was started by the CFA nearly the same time as the Association itself. From the beginning, CFA (then PCWCA) was created to produce an environment where contractors could learn from each other, contribute to the direction of the industry and receive insight to business and product that would elevate their own organizations beyond the competition. Annual Convention has also been an event focused on the generational uniqueness of this industry. No other construction sector has the wealth of experience with multi- generational ownership and no other industry event expressly seeks to include family in the fabric of the network.

The CFA Annual Convention has catered to the diversity of the industry and taken cues from the diversity of the North American market its members serve. From San Francisco, California to Stowe, Vermont; Niagara Falls, Ontario to Branson, Missouri; Albuquerque, New Mexico to Williamsburg, Virginia, this event has created a backdrop of beauty and energy each and every year.

Convention Mission: To inspire contractors toward a vision of higher quality, greater confidence and broader diversity through intensive social networking, business modeling and product technology.
