All the referred letter and reminders are available on the website of this office. Response in , - this regard has not been received from your organisation till date. 7. In addition to information requested earlier vide aforesaid referred letter(s), the expected goods and services in value of Rupees in Crore(s) to be procured from MSEs during 2012-13 and a list of MSE vendors registered with your organization is also required in effort of monitoring the implementation of the policy. 3. Further, the Department-Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industry may intend to discuss the status and implementation stage of Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012 in its next rneetinq. The chairman of the Committee may like to call Chairman and Managing Directors of CPSUs in the meeting to share progress made by CPSUs for implementation of the policy. 4. As the information sought is of very urgent nature" the requisite information asked in referred letters and information required in' aforesaid para-2 may be sent immediately to this office'. Please refer to the D.O. letter No. 21(1)/2011-MA dated 25th April.2012 from~,ecretary (MSME) followed by the letter of even No. dated 24.5.2012 andsubsequent reminders dated 13:6.2012 & 18.7.2012 seeking information on goodsproduced and services rendered by the MSEs and required by the CPSUs. All thereferred letter and reminders are available on the website of this office. Response in, -this regard has not been received from your organisation till date.

7. In addition to information requested earlier vide aforesaid referred letter(s),the expected goods and services in value of Rupees in Crore(s) to be procuredfrom MSEs during 2012-13 and a list of MSE vendors registered with yourorganization is also required in effort of monitoring the implementation of the policy.

3. Further, the Department-Related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Industrymay intend to discuss the status and implementation stage of Public Procurement Policy forMicro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012 in its next rneetinq.
