Even no dt.13.06.2017 &&&&& The Principals where Up-gradation Scheme sanctioned were requested to submit information to the AG Telangana as requested by him vide this office memo, dt.13.06.2017. Only few Polytechnics have submitted reply which is also not in a consolidated form. Hence, all the Principals are requested to attend the review meeting as scheduled in the Annexure (enclosed) appended to this memo at Prof. Jayashankar Conference Hall, % CTE, Hyderabad along with the following documents 1. Information requested by the AG 2. Vetted copy of up-gradation scheme duly indicating equipment procured/not procured. 3. Latest UC, SOA, PPR and Bank interest statement under Up-gradation scheme and UC, SOA and PAR and approved Operational Plans for the year 2017-18 under CDTP, Scheme also.
