These fees include

• Classroom instruction for 15 weeks of 3 hours each

• Student slides

• RCC supplemental online classroom

These fees do NOT include

• Module workbooks (4) $895,which includes the Online learning system

• Exam registration (see www.APICS.org/CSCP).

■ Checks should be sent by mail to RCC Continuing Education, 1300 S. Country Club Road, El Reno, OK 73036

■ Checks should be made payable to Redlands Community College and must be received on or before the course registration deadline. (Note: Participants will be billed for any costs associated with NSF checks.)

■ Payment can be made by credit card. VISA, MC or American Express will be accepted for payment. Also, F.A.C.T.S., a tuition payment plan will be available. Purchase Orders on Corporate letterhead are acceptable, as well.

■ Please note class size is limited for this course. Participants are accepted in the order in which their registrations and payments are received. Payment must be received in order to guarantee a seat in the class.

What is the cancellation policy? All registered participants are required to notify the Director, Contracted & Continuing Education at Redlands in writing. Cancellations may be made up to the registration deadline. Refunds will not be given after the registration deadline.

About the Instructor

John Long, MBA is the principal consultant and President of NMT Company, LLC. He offers 15 years of success in strategic global sourcing and supply quality management in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific Rim countries.

With more than 15 years of operational, tactical, and strategic sourcing experience, John has developed proven methods to manage OEM sourcing projects, train personnel and assure supplier quality to improve supply chain efficiencies. He regularly leads international sourcing teams in benchmarking efforts and has developed global sourcing strategies that ensure continuous supply and timely procurement of goods and services.

John thoroughly understands the supply chain and the significant impact that it can have on the bottom-line. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt . His unique ability lends himself to view global supply chain as a strategic vision for growth, while fully capturing and comprehending the details, enables him to understand the most complex and intricate business situation and communicate clearly across all functions.

John is currently a member of ISM, APICS, and IAOP and active in the APICS Tulsa chapter as VP of Membership & Development. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, one of top 10 universities in China, and an MBA from Oral Roberts University.
