Garantizar profundidades mínimas en el canal, a fin de que las operaciones de navegación para el acceso a las instalaciones, se desarrollen en condiciones seguras.

CONDICIONES ACTUALES. Longitud de Canal: 22.3 km total Profundidad actual: entre 7 y 10 metros. ALCANCES DEL PROYECTO Profundidades a dragar: hasta -10 metros en el primer año; y entre -10 a -12 metros en los 4 años restantes. Draga recomendada: Succión en marcha (THSD), de 4500 m3 de cap. min. Distancia de botadero: 28 Km Anchos del canal: Entre 137 a 140 metros. Taludes del canal: Con relación 1V/5V (1 vertical/5

horizontal) Tiempo de ejecución: 5 años.

Guarantee the minimun depths in the channel, so that navigations operations for access to facilities develop safely.

ACTUAL CONDITIIONS: Channel Length: 22.3 km total Actual Depth: between 7 y 10 meters. exportadoras desarrollan en el puerto, además de

brindar una mayor capacidad en manejo de

vehículos pesados y disminución de los tiempos de

Mejorar las condiciones de la terminal de pasajeros del aeropuerto.

• La ampliación de la terminal pretende mejorar la

condiciones de infraestructura y experiencia de

los pasajeros que transitan el aeropuerto.

• El aeropuerto estará ampliando 70,000 metros

cuadrados, hacia el lado oriente, lo que permitirá

que su capacidad actual pase de 1.6 a 4.7

millones de pasajeros.

• The expansion of the terminal aims to improve the

infrastructure and experience conditions of

passengers transiting the airport.

• The airport will be expanded in 70,000 square meters

on the east side, which allow its current capacity

increase from 1.6 to 4.7 million passengers.

Actualmente se ha realizado mejoras continuas de manera física y en infraestructura con el propósito de sentar las bases para el camino de la modernización.

El proceso de modernización contempla la adquisición de equipos de almacenamiento rack y de traslado de

mercadería montacargas. Desarrollo de Sistema de Facilitación de tramites. Ampliar capacidades de almacenamiento refrigerado y

• The project includes 2 km luminaires renewal,

ensuring the safety of the airport.

• LED technology offers the benefits of considerable energy saving, economic saving and longer life of

the lamps.

Generar energía eléctrica por instalación fotovoltaica en modalidad de autoconsumo.

El proyecto utilizará la energía solar que posee las caracteristicas de ser una fuente de energía limpia, inagotable y gratuita.

La Transformación de energía solar en energía térmica o

eléctrica puede realizarse en el propio lugar de consumo, sin tener que transportarse ni depender de otras infraestructuras.

De acuerdo a las condiciones energéticas del AIES-MOARG los estudios y análisis realizados revelan que es una de las zonas de mayor producción de kwh anuales del mundo con 1.752 (kwh/kwp/año) de manera que el proyecto reducirá el costo económico y ambiental de la zona.

The project will use the solar energy that has the

characteristics of being a source of clean , inexhaustible and free energy.

The Transformation of solar energy into thermal or electrical energy can be performed in the place of consumption itself, without having to be transported or depend on other infrastructure.

According to the AIES - MOARG energy conditions studies and analyzes show that is one of the areas of greatest annual production of kwk in the world, with 1,752 kwh ( kWh / kWp / year ) so that the project will reduce the economic and environmental cost of the zone.

Transformar las condiciones aeronáuticas para dotar de mejor infraestructura el aeropuerto.

Actualmente se utiliza para Vuelos de aviación

Militar y privados, con operaciones de bajo control militar.

Rehabilitar y equipar la infraestructura operativa aeroportuaria, como pista y construir una calle de acceso con su plataforma de estacionamiento, con la finalidad de habilitar dichas facilidades para atender aeronaves tipo “C” como el ATR-43 de 60 pasajeros. Asimismo, rehabilitar la calle externa de conexión para facilitar la llegada de pasajeros y visitantes a las instalaciones.

Transform aeronautical conditions to provide the airport with better infrastructure .

Currently used for military and private aviation flights with operations under military control.

Rehabilitate and equip the airport operational

infrastructure such as track and build an access road with parking platform , in order to enable these facilities to meet aircraft type "C " as the ATR -

43 of 60 passengers. Also , rehabilitate the external street connection to facilitate the arrival of passengers and visitors to the facility .

Habilitar la actual pista El Tamarindo, como un Aeropuerto Internacional para la zona oriental con enfoque turístico.

El Aeropuerto El Tamarindo se perfila con vocación

turística y corporativa. La construcción de la Terminal de Pasajeros

recibirá vuelos de aviación internacional, general y vuelos chárters con destino turístico.

Comprenderá facilidades básicas como oficinas de líneas aéreas, áreas de chequeo, migratorias,

aduanales y comerciales. Con una capacidad para atender 60 pasajeros y

con parqueo para 30 vehículos.

El Tamarindo Airport is outlined with tourist and

corporate vocation.

The construction of the Passenger Terminal will receive flights from international aviation, general and charter flights with tourist destination.

It will include basic facilities such as airline offices , screening areas, immigration , customs and trade .

With a capacity to serve 60 passengers and parking for 30 vehicles.

Potenciar el Turismo en la zona oriental del país y sus servicios de infraestructura.

El estudio de la demanda turística señala que más de 8,000 personas podrían utilizar el aeropuerto El Tamarindo para recreación y visita a familiares de la zona oriental del país.

La construcción del Hotel tendrá una capacidad para 200 personas mínimo, con restaurante, salón de usos múltiples, gimnasio y área de Piscinas Agua Dulce y Agua Salada.

Con un Área de desarrollo de 11.9 Manzanas y un área para la generación de playa de 5.43 Manzanas.

Boost Tourism in the east of the country and its infrastructure services.

The study of tourism demand says more than 8,000 people may use the El Tamarindo Airport for recreation and visiting family in the eastern part of the country.

The construction of the Hotel will have a minimum

capacity of 200 people , restaurant, multipurpose room , fitness area, Freshwater and Saltwater pools.

With a 20.55 acres development Area and an area for for generating beach of 9.38 acres.

Dentro del marco de prioridades de CEPA se encuentra la educación ferroviaria .

Con el museo se recrea el mundo y atractivo de los trenes, al recorrer sus pasillos se enseñará parte de la historia de El Salvador y la influencia del tren en el comercio.

El parque temático tendrá un área dedicada a las atracciones enfocadas en el tren, otra espacios para entretenimiento, educación, cultura y

deporte.

Within the priorities framework of CEPA is the railway education.

With the museum the world and appeal of trains will be recreated, to walk its halls will be taught part of El Salvador’s History and the influence of the train in trade.

The theme park will have an area dedicated to attractions focused on the train, other spaces for entertainment, education , culture and sports .
