Test Phase 1A

Ensure that Transmittal Data and Summary Totals are being uploaded to IFTA Clearinghouse timely according

to the Funds Netting Calendar.

Review Uploaded Transmittal Data and Summary Totals for Accuracy by

deadlines according to the Funds Netting Calendar.

Test Phase 1A Continued

IFTA Inc. Produces Funds Netting Reports and Provides them to

Participating Jurisdictions.

August through October 2009 Data Upload.

Jurisdictions should continue to ensure timely uploads through phase 2

of the test plan.

Please complete the form and return it to IFTA INC. for Test Plan contact information for Phase 1A and 1B.



Test Phase 1B

Clearinghouse Jurisdictions will work with its accounting agency to establish IFTA., Inc. as a vendor that can electronically receive funds from and send funds to the IFTA, Inc. Funds Netting Account(s).

ACH Credit (US) and Wire Transfer (Canada) into US Funds Netting account.

ACH Credit -Canadian Funds Netting Account (for Canadian to Canadian jurisdictions).



Test Phase 1B Continued

Jurisdictions will transfer $0.25 or the minimum amount established by jurisdictions accounting agencies.

Group #1 August 12, 2009 Group #2 August 19,2009 Group # 3 August 26, 2009 Group # 4 August 19, 2009 Group #5 September 2, 2009

Phase 1B will start August 2009 and end October 1, 2009.



Please complete form and send back to IFTA Inc., when funds have been transmitted to IFTA Inc. and when funds have been received from IFTA INC inPhase 1B and 2.



Test Phase 2 Continue with upload of Transmittal Data to Clearinghouse from Phase 1A.

Ensure Participating Members can complete a real transfer of funds due to Funds Netting Account by deadlines set up on Funds Netting Test Plan Calendar.

(October and November 2009 Transmittals.)

Ensure IFTA Inc. can transfer the funds due to US and Canadian jurisdictions Funds netting by Deadlines on Calendar.



Test Phase 2 Continued.

Test Late funding process, to ensure proper prorating of funds to jurisdictions owed.

Ensure late jurisdictions can fund by the next deadline established on Funds Netting Calendar.

Ensure IFTA Inc. can properly prorate funds to jurisdictions owed.
