2FLAT PANEL WALL SYSTEMS: Are the predominant system on the market today. They stack and interlock like Legos and eliminate the curved post of previous designs.Typical wall core thicknesses range from 4 to 12Block size typically runs 4 x 16 per unit making them easy to handlePre-formed 90 and 45 degree corners, brick ledges, and taper top block are available depending on manufacturer.CELBLOX has a unique folding tie that allows the form to fold flat for more efficient shipping. Other ICF forms are shipped with completely assembled fixed connectors or knocked down with connectors added on the jobsite.

CELBLOX WEBS & TIES

4WEBSProvide a 1 nailing surface made from 100% Prime Plastic (that wont rust like metal webs or crack/deform like some utility regrind)The 15 webs are centered on the 16 EPS block to make wiring easierThe webs are recessed from the exterior surface of the EPS panel to eliminate heat which could crack stucco or acrylic stucco finishes

Each web is marked at 8 o/c with a deep grooveThe webs have been tested at 354 lb pullout per sq/inchThey can be nailed, screwed, stapled or drilled

HINGED CONNECTORSHold the two EPS panels together during the pourFold flat for cost-saving shippingThey are made from 100% Prime Plastic with rebar chairs on either side that hold #4 and #5 bar

Brick ledge FORMS combine a straight panel and a preformed brick ledge panel to form a complete brick ledge block. Brick Ledge Rails are installed at the top of each brick ledge at top of the webs to strengthen and level the next course. (not shown)
