Our GoalsSorbilite’s unique manufacturing system combines three industries into one: compression molding, mold making, composite know-how. We are proud to present progress that benefits everyone involved. Here is how:1. Create new industries with the need of the people AND the environment in mind.2. Bring meaningful work to the local, unskilled workforce in emerging markets.3. Fill the need for products locally such as building materials, furniture products and other much needed goods using local remnants such as wood fiber, agricultural-residue, etc. eliminating de-forestation.4. Create export opportunities with these products bringing much needed capital back into local economies.

How Is It Done?1. The process starts with an “original” of a product for example a carved door (an artist worked on 6 days to carve!)

2. An identical “negative “ (mold) is created inexpensively with the same equipment.

3. This mold is used in Sorbilite’s patented, high pressure press. Production for a complete door takes approx. 20 minutes. Qualities such as fireproof, bulletproof, and weatherproof can be achieved.

4. The process can be repeated with any other product up to 4’x 8’ in size.

• We are a green manufacturing company and environmental consultants with a long and proud history, having established Sorbilite, GmbH in Germany in 1978 but now are operating in the USA. We believe in the old saying “Teach a man to fish and don’t give him a fish every day.” Our unique waste processing and recycling business model is built on that principle giving “emerging markets” the ability to fill their own needs but also compete in the global arena. Our process allows the users to skip “conventional” manufacturing systems saving time, labor and start up investment due to our unique “streamlined” process.
