• Reiterate core principles

• Establish basic parameters and indicators to monitor IFAD progress

– Increase women’s economic empowerment through access and control over assets;
– Increase women’s decision-making role in community affairs and local institutions
– Increase access to services and infrastructure to improve knowledge, well-being; and decrease workload
