My CD cover montage

The main elements of my chosen CD

covers are that they are all very

up to date artists. I like the modern

look. I also like the fact that some of

them are cartoons and futuristic.

On this CD cover the band do not appear on it however this may be because they are very well known and don’t

necessarily need to be on the front as they don’t want people to like them because of how they look they want people to like their music and how

they sound. This CD cover also has a person standing

looking at the earth which shows that its

very unrealistic.

This CD cover shows the main characters in the High

School Musical 3 film, this helps people around the

world recognise the cast and the type of songs which will

be very energetic and mainly aimed at children. If the cast

members were not on the front people would still know what the CD is because the logo for the film is also very

well known.

This album cover shows a stereotype of young men on a night out , standing outside a club. This shows them being

very laid back which is exactly what The Kooks music is like. The cover shows the band on it which is very common in the

indie genre of music.

This CD cover is very different from the rest because it is not

very well known and is not as bold as the rest of my chosen CD

covers. However it has a cartoon effect which is similar to another

CD cover that I have chosen. (see below).

This is the album cover that also has a cartoon effect which

makes it very unrealistic.
