The completion period for Substation Package MANSS01 is 36 Months from theeffective date of the

Contract.4.0 Bidding will be conducted through the internationalcompetitive bidding procedures specified in the

World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to allbiddersfrom eligible source countries as defined inthe Guidelines.
