CSM has established a partnership with Federico "Fredy" Padovan of EDjuvinator, Inc. to present two showcase programs of professional development, iLead for Technology Leaders, and the iTeach Academy for teachers and others interested in tablet technologies in the classroom. EDjuvinator was founded by Fredy, a tech- savvy educator with a passion for his craft. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator, the recipient of the National Catholic Education Excellence Award, and speaks

at conferences around the country and works with many schools spreading the good news of technology in education. Fredy holds a Masters in Education and a graduate certificate in Educational Technology. His advanced understanding of technology combined

with his experience as an educator allowshim to implement practical e-solutions for a student, teacher or institution. Currently, Fredy is the Executive Director for AdvancementandTechnologyatImmaculataLaSalleHighSchool in Miami, Florida.
