Water treatment for Combi Ovens

Our range of Calcium treatment units and Reverse Osmosis systems help protect expensive combination steam ovens from the harmful effects of chlorine, limescale and heavy metals to prolong equipment life. It is important to protect combi ovens even in areas with low water hardness to ensure food grade potable water which is free from scale. Any chef / caterer will know just how damaging untreated water can be, especially on catering equipment using steam. An untreated combi oven will succumb to corrosion and scale build up in a matter of weeks, so for peace-of-mind and continuity of kitchen operating performance, ensure you install a specialist water treatment system designed for combi ovens from European WaterCare.

Water treatment for Warewashing

No discerning caterer, but more importantly your customer likes to see a milky haze on glasses or spots and streaks on cutlery and plates. To ensure sparkling results straight from the glass or dishwasher you need to soften and/or de-mineralise your water supply entering the equipment.

Our ServiceOur fully qualified team of Service Co-ordinators and Service Technicians ensure peace of mind to all our customers. WaterCare services sites throughout the UK and Ireland including restaurants, schools, nursing homes, hospitals and large blue chip organisations.

It is vital to provide the client with on-going protection from water related problems through managed maintenance, service and exchange programs.

We service large group contracts on behalf of our clients and can offer own-branded products that we can supply under YOUR name. We are aware of the confidential nature of these contracts and offer a written guarantee that these sites will remain within WaterCare Service and are not handed to our own sales team.

We offer a full site survey service. This provides a comprehensive breakdown and cost analysis of all the water treatment requirements on site. Working closely with the company’s research and development team, we can ensure that you are offered the most cost effective solution to any water related problem.

We are so confident of our service that, whenever we are monitoring and exchanging Calcium Treatment Units (CTUs) and Reverse Osmosis Systems (ROs), we offer a guarantee against lime scale related problems. We will offer this guarantee as long as we are able to carry out the exchanges according to water hardness and capacity as appropriate. This guarantee covers the direct cost of the repair caused by any lime scale build up. Terms and Conditions apply.

Some see water filters as just another annoying cost to their business, but experienced caterers realise that not having a suitable treatment system for their beverage equipment will result in a much higher cost.

Not only will a regularly replaced water filter guard against the harmful effects of lime scale and chlorides on equipment, it will also improve the quality of the beverages you serve to ensure your customers keep coming back for more.

Replace your filters regularly - don’t run on empty!Regular replacement of your water filters is essential to remove scale and impurities. Depending on the hardness of your water and the volume of water being used, we can calculate when your filter needs replacing.

Ask us for a sample container so we can check your local water quality. Return the container to us in the Free-Post envelope provided and we will analyse the sample. We will then send you the results together with our recommendations.
