Guidelines All Academies are required to follow the guidelines outlined in theQualityQuality
Assurance Plan (QAP).Assurance Plan (QAP). The QAP provides a framework intended tohelp all Academy sites achieve the following quality-related goals:
Comply with Cisco policiesComply with Cisco policies for participating in the Networking
Academy Program. Meet or exceed minimum standards for student success andcustomer satisfaction
Identify factors, strategies, programs, and instructors that enhance studentsuccess and provide customer satisfaction leadership

Teaching Environment
A room of sufficient size
The room should include space for lab activities so that
individuals can participate in labs while others work
online. Provide sufficient and appropriate computers
